Laimburg Manor Selection whites

Laimburg Province Winery’s Manor Selection is made up of specially selected and particularly individualised wines like “Oyèll” Sauvignon Blanc and the select Gewurztraminer “Elyònd”, as well as the barrique-aged “Dòa de” Chardonnay, which has significant aging potential.


Laimburg "Oyèll"
Alto Adige/Südtirol Sauvignon Blanc DOC

Light straw-yellow with green highlights. Pronounced bouquet reminescent of ripe fig and cassis. Almost salty mineral notes. Wellstructured with stimulating acidity; dry.
The name Oyèll refers to the fabled wise Lady of the Dolomites.
   

Laimburg "Elyònd"
Alto Adige/Südtirol Gewürztraminer DOC

 Data sheet
Rich golden yellow in color. Aromatic spectrum strongly featuring rose, lavender and fig notes. A pleasing acidity lends it elegance and finesse. Opulent but balanced, dry.
The name Elyònd stands for the courageous, golden-haired mountain Princess of legend.
   

Laimburg "Rayèt"
Alto Adige/Südtirol Pinot Bianco DOC

Brilliant, pale yellow with traces of green. Delicate floral aromas with an apple note. Full-bodied, its notable acidity lends it structure. Persistent on the palate; dry finish.

Laimburg "Dòa de"
Alto Adige/Südtirol Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT

Brilliant golden yellow with aromas of candied tropical fruits and vanilla. Full-bodied with a faint astringency; dry.
Dòa de= The barrel staves, which contain the spirit of the wine
