For further information about the availability of individual wines and specific vintages, we direct you to the two sellers listed above. White and rosé wines, as well as wines like the Kalterersee Auslese made from the Vernatsch varietal, are generally bottled in March. Tannin-rich reds are released after 1-3 years of aging, while sweet wines are allowed to refine between one and two years.
