Pale ruby red. It is not the scent of muscatel, but rather the tantalising scent of roses that gives this round and opulent sweet wine its distinctive character. Elegantly structured. Long finish.

Harvest: mid-October, followed by drying on mats until mid-December. The limited-edition bottles, with labels designed specially for each vintage, are much sought after by collectors.
