Quality with a promise

Laimburg Winery is part of the homonymous Laimburg Research Centre and processes grapes from 20 hectares of vineyards situated in all wine-growing zones of Alto Adige, with different soils and locations between 200-750 m above sea level. As a model company in viticulture and cellar management, the priority is to bring the special character of the Alto Adige grape varieties and its terroir into the glass and to combine it with the best tradition of a long wine-growing culture in the Dolomites region.

The vineyards

The big picture: climate, location, soil, and people.

In search of the perfect microclimate for each grape variety, Laimburg Winery processes grapes from various wine-growing zones in Alto Adige with the aim of perfecting the natural character of the grape varieties.
